Very simple yet informative article. I appreciate how you describe different methods quite clearly. Was wondering what you thought about the Bulletproof method which consists of high quality coffee with mct/coconut oil and grass fed butter.
I do BJJ about 2-3 times a week. Sometimes twice in one day and on off days do light weights and/or HIT treadmill/eliptical sessions of about 35 mins.
I’m eating sort of close to paleo/ slowcarb if that helps. Most of my BJJ classes are in the late afternoon or at night. is it ok to do a light workout while fasting, eat a big lunch, do BJJ then eat one more big meal?

So, I've been trying to gain weight for years.. But I apparently wasn't doing it properly. I work out everyday, muscular workouts only, I do not job or anything because I burn calories quick enough as is. Haha. I have actually just recently bought a Mass Gainer, high in protein, calories and carbs. Also a bit of sodium for that absorption. ;) After reading think, I am undertaking a new diet. Going to keep a food diary and a complex game plan. Really happy I stumbled across this, thank you very much. Bookmarked for on the fly reference! I also didn't know about bigger weights, less reps = bigger gains!!!

This year, Studio Aandacht is running for 15 years and we have been together as a couple for 25 years. To celebrate this we treated ourselves to the newly opened Hide Out apartment in the Michelberger Hotel; The apartment consists of a big white wooden house built inside a huge loft situated in the back of the hotel. In this white house is a bedroom and top of the stairs a smaller bedroom, but we let the children stay at home in order to fully enjoy the sauna, rain shower and bathtub, and o yes on the left we also found a build-in kitchen. So you could actually hide out here if you want. In stead we went on being hero’s in Berlin…
