Thanks, Brenda! It’s called Heaven’s Gate Coreopsis. You can see it closer up in this post from last summer when I first planted the garden: http:///creating-a-small-sun-loving-perennial-garden/
I’m starting to wonder if the soil is too rich for it in that bed and maybe it’s “feet” are staying too wet. As soon as it came out this year, it sprawled out and fell over in all the rain we’ve been getting. The one on the other side of the bed is looking pretty pitiful…the harsh winter really hurt it, but there’s a tiny bit of it still left. I should probably fertilize it and encourage it along, now that I think about it. 🙂 Will do that today!

My husband bought a fenix 3Hr sapphire and is testing it right now to see if he likes it . I wanted to buy one as well however my wrists are extremely small . I loved the look of the rose gold sapphire watch however it did not have HR and was to large for my wrists.
I’m a very active person I run ,hike ,swim and speed walk . I’m in the market for a good looking watch one that I could wear all day at the office and for any activities I plan on doing . I love keeping track of my steps and other regular daily activities on my fit bit I’m currently using however it is not water proof ,does not help with hiking and I have to charge it every other day . Being a women going on a hike alone I really would love a lot of the hiking features you have on your fenix 3 . I found information on the Sumsung gear S3 however I will wait to buy anything till after viewing the Fenix 4.
I’m glad I found this information out about your Fenix 4 . I told my husband I will wait to view the Fenix 4 in 2017.
Thank you for your up coming changes .

Imagine you're a predator out hunting for food (and Jesse Ventura), but all the regular animals you would eat are nowhere to be found. You spend the entire day looking for food and find nothing. About 16 hours later your brain starts freaking out. It knows that if you can't find food, the jig will most certainly be up. So at this point, your brain doesn't give a tinkerer's damn about sunlight and sleep cycles -- it just wants you to find something to eat, and fast . You stay up well into the night and eventually find some nocturnal prey, devouring it desperately. Your brain (through the food-clock) makes a note of this time and declares it to be your new biological morning.

The thyroid is the gland in your neck associated with your metabolism—the processes by which your body makes use of energy. Autoimmune thyroid disease is common in lupus. It is believed that about 6% of people with lupus have hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) and about 1% have hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). A thyroid gland that is functioning improperly can affect the function of organs such as the brain, heart, kidneys, liver, and skin. Hypothyroidism can cause weight gain, fatigue, depression, moodiness, and dry hair and skin. Hyperthyroidism can cause weight loss, heart palpitations, tremors, heat intolerance, and eventually lead to osteoporosis. Treatment for both underactive and overactive thyroid involves getting your body’s metabolism back to the normal rate. Hypothyroidism is usually treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy. Hyperthyroidism is treated with anti-thyroid medications or radioactive iodine.
